Thank You for joining us to commemorate the life and teachings of Mahatma Gandhi by participating in a conscious collective community action.

Our month-long initiative kicked off with the BE THE CHANGE WALK, which will started at 4 different points around Manhattan and converged in Union Square Park, the site of New YorkÕs Gandhi Memorial statue.



The BE THE CHANGE WALK was followed by a tribute to Gandhi and Satya Graha in Union Square Park. The event was concluded with a traditional Flower Petal Ceremony that everyone could participate in to honor Gandhi and his powerful message.
